How much does deck waterproofing cost in San Diego?

My deck was sealed a couple of years ago. Why is it leaking again?
Usually because the original leak source was never found. Coatings applied over failed flashing, bad slope, or wet substrate will bubble, crack, and re-leak no matter how good the product is. We diagnose the entry point first, repair what is underneath, and then install the new system, so the fix holds.
Do you handle the dry rot and damage, or just the waterproofing?
