Deck Waterproofing →Bonsall's rolling San Luis Rey River hills hold estates, groves, and equestrian properties where homes overlook their own land. View decks and terraced outdoor living are the architectural signature here, and their waterproofing carries more exposure, more square footage, and more consequence than typical suburban work.
Hillside Water Management
On sloped lots, water is always moving toward, around, or under something that matters. Retaining walls hold saturated soil, downhill rooms sit below grade, and drainage decisions made at construction decades ago decide which homes stay dry. Waterproofing and drainage have to work as one system here.
Aqua Choice has served San Diego County since 2012 as a dedicated waterproofing specialist. We find the source before we seal anything, we repair what is underneath, and the owner stands behind every Bonsall job personally.

Our Promise
Because we diagnose where water actually enters before we seal anything, we stand behind the source we fix. If a leak returns through an entry point we identified and waterproofed, we come back and make it right.

Yes. Bonsall is part of our everyday San Diego County service area, and the owner quotes Bonsall projects the same way as everywhere else: after a free on-site assessment, itemized, with the diagnosis explained in plain language.
We schedule assessments across the county Monday through Saturday, 9AM to 5PM, and we keep them free because looking at the problem properly is the only honest way to quote it. Call (858) 267-4992 and we will get Bonsall on the calendar.
Watch the walls that hold soil and the rooms on the downhill side. Efflorescence, damp patches after rain, and weep holes that never flow are all signs water is moving through structures instead of around them. Those are drainage problems first, and they are fixable.
Yes, and on hillside properties we strongly prefer to, because they are one system. A membrane asked to hold back a saturated slope without drainage relief will lose eventually. Designed together, each part does its share and both last.
